The automatic packaging system introduced by Yunnan Tie Feng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd. has been officially put into use after nearly a month of operation and debugging, with all indicators meeting the expected design requirements. Previously, product packaging relied on traditional manual operations, which were inefficient, labor-intensive, and prone to product spillage and scattering during the packaging process. Operators had direct contact with the products, leading to certain defects in product measurement, quality control, and labor protection. The newly implemented automatic packaging system features filling, measurement, and sealing completed in one process, and the operation is conducted in a closed state, effectively eliminating product scattering. Compared to manual measurement, it is more accurate, simple, and quick, not only improving work efficiency but also significantly enhancing the working environment.
In conjunction with the operation of the automatic packaging system, the company has introduced new product packaging bags. The new product packaging bags are made of PP material with a square bottom and valve opening. Previously, product packaging consisted of two layers: an inner bag made of white transparent plastic and an outer bag made of ordinary color-printed plastic. The new PP material square bottom valve opening bags allow for more convenient sealing and reduce environmental pressure. The quality and image of the products have been effectively improved.
