On March 12, the construction projects of the mineral processing reagent production line by Yunnan Copper Tie Feng Mineral Processing Reagent Co., Ltd. and the expansion project of the Lufeng Glass Factory by Yunnan Ran Er Chemical Co., Ltd. were officially signed in Lufeng. Zhao Xiaoming, Deputy Secretary of the Lufeng County Party Committee and County Mayor, represented the county government to sign project cooperation agreements with the heads of the two companies.
The mineral processing reagent production line construction project by Yunnan Copper Tie Feng Mineral Processing Reagent Co., Ltd. involves the establishment of a new mineral processing reagent production line in Zhuangfang Mountain, Shalong Village Committee, Qinfeng Town, Lufeng County (12 kilometers from Anfengying). The project is planned to be constructed in three phases, with a total investment of 48 million yuan. Once completed and reaching production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 120 million yuan, pay 6 million yuan in annual taxes, and create 100 local jobs.
The expansion project of the Lufeng Glass Factory by Yunnan Ran Er Chemical Co., Ltd. is an investment project in the Lufeng Glass Factory located in Tuguan Town, Lufeng County. Since its completion and production in April 2008, it has been operating normally, creating good economic and social benefits. To seize the favorable market opportunities for glass beer bottles and to expand the scale of glass products, Yunnan Ran Er Chemical Co., Ltd. decided to invest 32.7719 million yuan (including 27.9969 million yuan for construction investment and 4.7750 million yuan for working capital) for the expansion of the Lufeng Glass Factory, located in Sanheyi Village Committee, Tuguan Town, Lufeng County, by constructing a new production line for 30,000 tons of green beer bottles annually. The project is planned to start construction in April 2010 and be completed in October 2010. After officially starting production, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 35.4005 million yuan, profit of 3.9734 million yuan, and taxes of 3.7171 million yuan, creating 150 new jobs.
The completion of these two projects will further accelerate the new industrialization process in Lufeng and promote the economic development of Lufeng County.
