In the majestic melody of 'The Three Principles and Eight Disciplines of Tie Feng', the 2015 Annual Work Conference of Yunnan Tie Feng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Haoran Chemical Co., Ltd., and Xichang Jinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. was grandly held. The conference comprehensively summarized the achievements of the company in the past year and recognized advanced collectives and individuals who made outstanding contributions in their respective positions in 2015. After a thorough analysis of the current situation, the conference set and clarified the work goals and tasks for 2016.
2015 was the year with the most difficulties since the company's establishment. In the context of a sluggish overall domestic economy and a struggling real economy, the company faced unprecedented challenges in production and operation. Under the leadership of Chairman Zhu Yuanbin and the company's leadership team, all employees strengthened their crisis awareness, sense of responsibility, and innovation awareness; firmly determined to overcome difficulties and build confidence in the company's development; remained focused on goals, united efforts for development, fully utilized their initiative, and overcame numerous challenges. The company achieved a sales revenue of 173.12 million yuan, produced and sold 7,480 tons of flotation agents and foaming agents, and sold 15,159 tons of other chemical products, totaling 23,439 tons. The total product volume for the year increased by 7.69% compared to the previous year, and the consumption of yellow agent per ton decreased by 10 kg compared to the previous year. The company's quality improvement and efficiency enhancement results were significant, product quality was stable, and it was favored by customers, with Tie Feng's reagent products maintaining a leading market share.
In terms of safety and environmental protection, through strengthening on-site management and implementing management responsibilities, the foundation of safety and environmental protection work was further solidified, achieving zero major and general accidents throughout the year. Through special rectification and improvements to processes and equipment, the working conditions and environment at the production site were greatly improved, safeguarding the physical and mental health of employees.
In terms of technological research and development and technological innovation, through the hard work of technical personnel, the indicators of phosphorus and titanium selection agents were significantly better than similar products on the market, providing strong support for the company to expand its market and enhance its competitiveness. In 2015, the company obtained 4 utility model patents, and another invention patent application has been accepted. It passed the identification of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.
In financial management, the product sales accounting financial system independently established by the company laid a solid foundation for quantifying sales assessments, strengthening cost management, and enhancing incentive effects. The financial settlement assessment of material exchanges and capital inflows and outflows between companies explored a new path for the company's capital management.
In terms of system construction, the past year optimized the wage assessment method for ton products at the production base and adjusted the assessment content of the target responsibility letters for Yunnan Haoran Chemical Co., Ltd. and Xichang Jinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd., greatly motivating the enthusiasm of employees, with significant improvements in employee benefits.
The work ideas for 2016 are: 1. Firmly grasp the key of technological innovation, continue to strengthen cooperation with research institutions such as Central South University, expand the space for enterprise development, and strive to establish a production workshop for oxidized mineral flotation agents; 2. Continue to strengthen the innovation and transformation of existing production lines, ensuring zero safety and environmental accidents and stable improvement in reagent product quality; 3. Continue to strengthen system construction, optimize reward measures for technological personnel's innovations and inventions, and talent training and introduction reward methods; 4. Adjust and enrich the marketing team led by market marketing to strengthen market technical services, creating unexpected value for customers; 5. Continue to strengthen the safety management of goods and funds to prevent market risks and capital safety risks, requiring a 5% decrease in accounts receivable for the year and a collection rate of over 90%; 6. Produce and sell 26,000 tons of various flotation agents throughout the year, striving to achieve 28,000 tons. Achieve sales revenue of 190 million yuan, striving to reach 200 million yuan.
