On March 29, Chairman Zhu Yuanbin personally visited the Lufeng factory area, leading the company's main leaders to deeply inspect the production workshop, raw material storage area, product warehouse, and other production operation sites. They studied the key and difficult points of the special action for rectifying safety and environmental hazards, and formulated rectification plans and measures. Meetings were held for the company's management office and a mobilization meeting attended by team leaders and key management personnel to supervise and guide the special work of rectifying safety and environmental hazards.
Chairman Zhu Yuanbin made important instructions regarding this round of special actions for rectifying safety and environmental hazards. He emphasized that we must have the determination and courage to make sacrifices for short-term interests, to build a solid foundation for the long-term stable development of the company. We must adopt an attitude of being responsible to society, the public, and our employees, strictly investigate accident hazards, and carry out rectifications earnestly. Responsibilities, tasks, personnel, time, and quality must be detailed one by one, and production can only resume after thorough rectification and acceptance. We must strengthen the assessment and punishment measures, strictly penalizing those who do not implement responsibilities, have inadequate measures, or fail to meet rectification standards. This round of special rectification for safety and environmental hazards should be used as an opportunity to form a normalized mechanism for education and training, supervision and inspection, rectification assessment, and evaluation acceptance. We must truly maintain safety awareness without relaxation, continuous team learning, strict adherence to systems, and thorough investigation of accident hazards, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the company's safety management.
Chairman Zhu Yuanbin emphasized the need to further change our mindset, viewing inspections and supervision from higher authorities as motivation to enhance our safety and environmental management, continuously increasing our initiative in this regard; treating on-site guidance from experts and leaders as a learning opportunity, strengthening our understanding of new laws and regulations, and continuously summarizing experiences and methods to improve our ability and level in safety and environmental management.
At the mobilization and deployment meeting for the new round of special actions for rectifying safety and environmental hazards held on March 29, General Manager Yang Hongming delivered a mobilization speech. He required all employees to earnestly study and implement Chairman Zhu Yuanbin's important instructions, to take initiative and be creative, and to gather the wisdom and strength of the entire company to win the new round of tough battles in rectifying safety and environmental hazards.
