Yunnan Tie Feng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Haoran Chemical Co., Ltd., and Xichang Jinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. held their 2019 work conference on January 28 in Fumin. The meeting comprehensively summarized the impressive achievements made by the company in production and operation, safety and environmental protection, technological innovation and service, product sales, and market development over the past year. In 2018, under the leadership of the company's management team, all employees demonstrated the valuable spirit of not fearing difficulties, daring to think and act, being innovative, and never stopping. They focused on the work objectives set at the beginning of the year, innovated work ideas, and implemented work measures, achieving gratifying results. The annual output showed stable growth compared to last year, product consumption maintained the industry's optimal level, product quality was excellent and stable, safety standardization work passed inspection, annual sales exceeded 200 million yuan, the collection rate of payments increased significantly compared to the previous year, and employees' business skills improved greatly.
The meeting conducted an in-depth analysis of the situation and opportunities facing the company, clarified the task objectives for 2019, and made detailed arrangements for the work in 2019. In 2019, the company aims to achieve new growth in output, sales, payment collection rate, and profit margin based on continuous optimization and stabilization of product quality and improvement of safety and environmental management levels. It will further deepen school-enterprise cooperation to increase technological innovation efforts; accelerate new product development; enhance process technology innovation and transformation; strengthen market development; and further enhance the construction of the technology center, moving towards a provincial-level enterprise technology center.
