6. Confirmation of Bidding Document:

The bidding document will be confirmed by our company's review team, and the winning unit will be determined based on Yunnan Tie Feng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd.'s relevant regulations. 7. Credit Guarantee Deposit Management
1. Credit Guarantee Deposit Payment: Suppliers participating in the bidding must pay a credit guarantee deposit of RMB 50,000.
2. Breach of Contract Management

2.3 If there are violations of our company's rules or reasonable arrangements by staff during loading and unloading transportation, 30% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted.
2.4 If the transportation vehicle falsifies information during weight inspection, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted.
2.5 During the process of receiving and sending goods, if there are threats, intimidation of staff, interference with business operations, or other malicious behaviors, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted.
2.6 Except for the above situations, if our company's legal rights are damaged, depending on the degree of loss, 30%-100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted for each occurrence.
