6. Confirmation of Bidding Document:

The bidding document will be confirmed by our company's review team, and the winning unit will be determined based on the relevant regulations of Shanxi Tiefeng Chemical Co., Ltd. 7. Breach of Contract Management
1. After winning the bid, the winning unit should promptly sign a contract with Shanxi Tiefeng Chemical Co., Ltd. and provide goods according to the agreed time and supply.
2. If the winning unit refuses to perform or chooses partial performance after signing the contract due to its own reasons, causing losses to our company, the winning unit must bear the losses incurred; (In case of special circumstances, such as natural disasters, epidemics, and other force majeure factors, both parties will negotiate a solution.)
3. During loading and unloading transportation, comply with our company's rules and regulations or reasonable arrangements made by staff.
4. Transport vehicles are prohibited from falsifying during weight inspection.
5. During the process of receiving and delivering goods, threatening, intimidating staff, interfering with business operations, and other malicious behaviors are prohibited.
6. Apart from the above situations, if any losses are caused to our company's legal rights and interests, the responsible party must bear the losses.
8. For matters not covered, both parties will negotiate amicably or agree in the purchase and sale contract.
3、装卸运输过程中听从我公司规章制度或工作人员合理安排的；
4、运输车辆禁止过磅检验中弄虚作假；
5、收发货过程中，禁止威胁、恐吓工作人员、干预业务操作、寻衅滋事等性质恶劣的行为；
6、除上述情形外，对我公司合法权益造成损失，需承担造成的损失。
八、未尽事宜，双方友好协商或在购销合同中约定。
