Quality Requirements: The technical parameters of n-Butanol should comply with the industrial n-Butanol GB/T6027-1998, and the technical parameters of Isobutanol should comply with the industrial Isobutanol HG/T 3270-2002. Suppliers must quote and supply strictly according to the technical parameters of industrial n-Butanol and Isobutanol. Upon arrival: 1. First, the warehouse manager will inspect. 2. If any quality issues are found during use, the buyer must immediately notify the supplier, and the supplier must handle returns (exchanges) within five days.
4. Delivery Time and Location:

6. Confirmation of Bidding Document:

7. Management of Credit Guarantee Deposit
1. Payment of Credit Guarantee Deposit: Suppliers participating in the bidding must pay a credit guarantee deposit of RMB 20,000.
2. Breach of Contract Management
2.1 If the winning unit refuses to sign the contract due to its own reasons after winning the bid, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted; (In case of special circumstances, such as natural disasters, epidemics, and other force majeure factors, both parties will negotiate a solution.)

2.3 If there are violations of our company's rules or reasonable arrangements by staff during loading and unloading transportation, 30% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.4 If the transportation vehicle falsifies during the weighing inspection, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.5 During the process of receiving and delivering goods, if there are interventions in business operations, provocations, and other malicious behaviors, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.6 Except for the above situations, if our company's legal rights are damaged, depending on the degree of loss, 30%-100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted for each occurrence.
