On February 5th, the company's 2024 work conference was grandly held at the Mingxiyuan Hot Spring Resort in Fumin County. More than 50 people, including the company's main leaders and management and technical backbones from various units and departments, attended the meeting.

The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements the company made in production, sales, technological research and development, and technical services over the past year, recognized the "advanced collectives" and "advanced individuals" of 2023, planned and deployed the main goals and key tasks for 2024, and proposed the strategic goal of "132311" for the high-quality development of Tiexing.

In the past year, against the backdrop of significant changes in domestic and international situations and severe market competition, the company's leadership team led all employees to face challenges head-on, uphold their original aspirations, take on missions, identify gaps, and implement actions. They responded to challenges with innovation and promoted development with progress. Production was safely and stably operated, Xichang Jinfeng's sales performance reached a historical high, internal management and corporate culture construction made further progress, the path to IPO listing showed signs of hope, and the R&D achievements of "one mine, one medicine" were gratifying. Among them, the flotation indicators of DF-0909 collector have reached international first-class levels, and several new developments such as the 801M series molybdenum collector, DF-Z series tungsten collector, DF-MH-1 molybdenum activator, and lead collector DF-1123-1 have all achieved great success in experiments. Meanwhile, the acquisition of 4 patents in the field of intellectual property has continuously empowered the company's high-quality development; the technological transformation projects have effectively improved equipment operating efficiency and product quality while further solidifying the company's leading position in the automated production process technology of mineral processing agents.

After listening to the annual work reports from relevant leaders, Chairman Zhu Yuanbin summarized and delivered an important speech, outlining a grand blueprint for the company's second entrepreneurship. He emphasized that the "132311" goal is the starting point of Tiexing's second entrepreneurship, not the endpoint; he proposed that management cadres should learn dialectical materialism and use the method of opposing unity to solve conflicts, embrace change, adapt to change, comprehensively optimize and enhance the company's management level, cultivate a soil that dares to innovate, encourage innovation, and bravely challenge traditional thinking to achieve self-breakthroughs; he pointed out the need to establish a mechanism for selecting, employing, training, and retaining talent that meets the company's development needs, vigorously introduce outstanding talents in the fields of technological research and development, market marketing, and business management, and create a good atmosphere for entrepreneurship through mechanisms such as converting R&D achievements into dividends and employee stock ownership; he required the comprehensive application of the five-stage management method in everyone's work practice to continuously improve work quality; he proposed that the whole company should form an energy field of "belief" so that faith can be firm, and unity can be formed to truly achieve the company's high-quality development and help the "Jinfengda" brand go abroad and reach the world.
