    　　公司董事长朱远斌向前来考察工作的晋城市委领导、陪同考察的禄丰县委领导汇报了公司近年来的发展情况。姚逊副书记、周志远书记等领导对公司以“优质、高效、安全、环保”为企业发展目标，确立“为客户创造价值”、“与员工共享发展成果”的企业理念，坚持自主创新、专注选矿药剂研发、生产和技术工艺革新，做精做优产品质量，做强铁峰品牌，推动地方税收和就业所取得的成绩给予了充分肯定。

    　　考察期间，姚逊副书记等领导还参观了山西铁峰化工有限公司与云南民族大学共建的“煤层气综合开发利用联合实验室”、云南铁峰矿业化工新技术有限公司与云南民族大学共建的“选矿药剂开发联合实验室”，听取了云南民族大学樊保敏教授团队在煤层气下游化工产业开发和选矿药剂研发方面取得的成果汇报，听取了对煤层气下游化工产业的发展前景介绍。
