On March 2, the 2021 work meeting of Yunnan Tiefeng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Haoran Chemical Co., Ltd., and Xichang Jinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Fumin Mingxiyuan Resort.
The meeting was attended by Chairman Zhu Yuanbin, General Manager Yang Hongming of Yunnan Tiefeng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager Yi Fugang, Chief Financial Officer Xu Jin, General Manager Tang Hao of Yunnan Haoran Chemical Co., Ltd., General Manager Tang Xiaobing of Xichang Jinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd., as well as management and technical backbones from various units of the company, and more than 50 advanced individuals from 2020.
The meeting comprehensively summarized the work of 2020. It fully affirmed the achievements and progress made by the company in production, sales, technological research and development, safety, environmental protection, fire safety, occupational health, clean and civilized production, and various management aspects. A serious analysis and sorting of the existing shortcomings and gaps in the work were conducted, clarifying the direction of efforts.
In 2020, faced with the COVID-19 pandemic and severe economic conditions, all employees of the company, under the leadership of the company's leadership team, remembered the corporate mission, firmly believed in development, overcame numerous difficulties, focused on epidemic prevention and control while resuming work and production. Strictly implemented epidemic prevention measures, strengthened production organization and scheduling, refined safety and environmental management measures, actively carried out technological research and development and process improvement, completed the annual production and sales tasks, and achieved safe and stable development.
The meeting deeply analyzed the severe situation and challenges currently faced by the company, proposed the work goals for 2021, clarified the main work tasks for the year, and implemented work measures.
Chairman Zhu Yuanbin delivered an important speech at the meeting. He required all employees of the company to have the courage and determination to undergo a phoenix rebirth and break out of the cocoon in the face of new situations and challenges, and to be brave in self-revolution. He urged to resolutely abandon outdated concepts of being complacent and conservative, overcome negative emotions of pessimism and complaints, and firmly say 'no' to procrastination, shirking responsibilities, and inaction. He emphasized the concept that 'one must have incredible ideas to achieve incredible results', adapt to market changes, seize development opportunities, establish new development concepts; innovate work ideas, overcome obstacles and difficulties in progress, and implement various work tasks with a proactive, united, pragmatic, and meticulous work style to complete the annual work tasks with high quality and efficiency, achieving new development goals for the company.
The meeting required all employees of the company to closely focus on the work goals for 2021, build confidence, overcome difficulties, innovate work methods, implement work measures, strengthen safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and occupational health management, refine production organization arrangements, stabilize product quality, reduce production costs, actively promote the development of new products and new technologies, increase technical transformation of process flow equipment, adapt to market changes, strengthen learning, enhance market development capabilities, and comprehensively complete various work tasks for 2021.
At the meeting, an award ceremony for advanced collectives and individuals of 2020 was held, along with the signing ceremony of the production and operation target responsibility letter for 2021. Chairman Zhu Yuanbin, General Manager Yang Hongming of Yunnan Tiefeng Mining Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager Yi Fugang, General Manager Tang Hao of Yunnan Haoran Chemical Co., Ltd., and General Manager Tang Xiaobing of Xichang Jinfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. presented awards to the advanced collectives and individuals of 2020. Chairman Zhu Yuanbin signed the production and operation target responsibility letter for 2021 with various units.
During the meeting, a live singing competition of the company song 'Three Principles and Eight Points of Attention' was organized for the participants. This further enhanced employees' recognition and practice of the core concept of Tiefeng, which encourages daring to think and strive for excellence.
