In 2016, under the leadership of the company's management team, all employees kept the corporate mission in mind, firmly believed in development, focused closely on achieving the annual production and operation goals, strengthened production organization management, refined production cost control, strictly implemented safety and environmental management measures, actively carried out technological transformation of processes and equipment, and enhanced the efforts in new product research and development. This resulted in efficient, stable, and safe production throughout the year, successfully achieving the work goals set at the beginning of the year, and achieving a commendable record of zero safety and environmental accidents. Key indicators such as product output, product quality, cost consumption, and profit all improved compared to the previous year.
