On January 25, our company's 2022 work conference was grandly held at the Mingxiyuan Hot Spring Resort. Management and technical backbones from various units of the Tiexing team, as well as advanced collectives and individuals from 2021, gathered together to share the hardships and joys of the past year, plan for the company's new development, and sound the horn for a new journey.
The conference deeply summarized the achievements made by the company in various aspects over the past year, including production organization, product sales and technical services, technological research and development and transformation, safety, environmental protection, fire safety, occupational health management, and corporate culture construction.
In the past year, faced with the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic on economic operations, the impact of market turbulence on corporate production and operations, and the severe challenges brought by market competition, under the leadership of the company's leadership team, all employees adhered to their original aspirations, kept their mission in mind, responded to challenges with innovation, and promoted development through hard work and unremitting efforts, achieving safe and stable production operations. Quality management reached a new level, and the quality management system passed the certification of the National Certification Center. The R&D achievements of 'one mine, one reagent' were outstanding, and the copper-lead-zinc mixed selection composite flotation reagents performed well in competition with large foreign companies and industry leaders, gaining recognition and approval from key domestic mining enterprises. The technological upgrade and transformation of the automated production process system for new efficient flotation reagents achieved fruitful results, maintaining the company's innovation and leading position in the field of automated production technology for flotation reagents. The company was recognized as a 'Little Giant' enterprise specializing in special new technologies by Yunnan Province, and the company's technology center was recognized as a Yunnan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. An invention patent won the Yunnan Provincial Patent Award, further enhancing the company's core competitiveness.
Significant progress has been made in corporate culture construction. Learning and sharing activities on 'New Owner Spirit', 'Three Principles and Eight Points of Attention of Tiexing', and 'Sales Life' were organized, further enhancing employees' sense of responsibility, sense of progress, sense of innovation, and sense of teamwork, stimulating innovative vitality and consolidating the power of progress. Discussions and constructions of the core concepts of corporate culture were organized, promoting all employees' learning, understanding, dissemination, and practice of the company's mission and vision, corporate values, and code of conduct.
The conference clarified the struggle goals and work tasks for 2022.
In 2022, the company aims to further improve product output and sales; focus on reagent R&D and customer service; achieve new breakthroughs in technological innovation; and prioritize striving to become a national-level specialized and innovative 'Little Giant' enterprise, comprehensively enhancing the company's management level and following the specialized and innovative development path unique to Tiexing.
The chairman of the company delivered an important speech at the meeting. He required all employees to strengthen the 'three awarenesses': the innovation awareness of 'one mine, one reagent', the win-win awareness of 'creating value for customers', and the sharing awareness of 'sharing development with employees'. We must adhere to the path of specialized and innovative development, continuously enhance the company's innovation capability and level in the field of new efficient flotation reagent R&D and automated production technology, and play a leading role in promoting the technological progress of flotation reagents. We will practice the corporate culture concept of developing together with society and growing together with employees, stay true to our original aspiration, keep our mission in mind, optimize and strengthen Tiexing reagents, and take Tiexing reagents to the nation and the world.
The meeting required all units and departments to implement work measures, refine organizational arrangements, innovate ideas and methods around the company's work goals and tasks for 2022, stimulate the fighting spirit and innovative passion of all employees, dare to challenge the impossible, dare to surpass themselves, work together, and make every effort to create brilliance for the new development of Tiexing reagents.
At the meeting, Chairman Zhu Yuanbin signed the 2022 production and operation target responsibility letter with each unit on behalf of the company.
