On April 17, our company's production technology team completed the installation and debugging of the new synthesis machine for the synthesis process of the yellow drug production system after a week of hard work, and it has been put into trial production operation. In the next stage, we will further collect, organize, and analyze the trial operation data to lay a solid foundation for accelerating the transformation of the synthesis machine in the yellow drug production system.
The technical transformation of the synthesis machine for the yellow drug production system is a key focus of our company's work this year. The technical team organized technical breakthroughs targeting the defects of the original synthesis machine, boldly innovating in key technical points such as the shaft seal of the synthesis machine, stirring structure, and the volume of the synthesis machine. Through continuous exploration and breakthroughs, a new type of synthesis machine has been designed. After verification through trial operation and achieving the expected effects and goals, it will be fully promoted and applied in the company's yellow drug production system.
