On July 23, a competition themed "Welcoming the 20th National Congress and Advancing on a New Journey" was grandly held at the Kunming High-tech Investment Building.
Five participating teams composed of various departments of the company competed against each other. The competition included five major sections: party building knowledge, current affairs study, safety knowledge, mineral processing reagent knowledge, and Tie Feng corporate culture. The party building knowledge competition focused on reviewing the magnificent history of the Communist Party of China, remembering the original mission, encouraging progress, and starting a new journey in building socialism with Chinese characteristics; the current affairs study was guided by Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, focusing on major topics such as green development, safe development, shared destiny, and national rejuvenation; the safety knowledge competition aimed to strengthen safety awareness among all employees, enhance safety protection capabilities, and improve safety management levels; the mineral processing reagent knowledge closely related to product research and development and technological innovation, centered around serving customers and improving quality, and practiced the company philosophy of creating value for customers; the corporate culture knowledge competition focused on promoting the spirit of Tie Feng, strengthening development confidence, innovating and advancing, and creating a new situation for Tie Feng's development. Each participating team organized serious study and training before the competition. On the competition stage, the participants were spirited and determined, competing fiercely with solid knowledge reserves and thorough pre-competition training. In the end, the High-tech Comprehensive Team won first place, the Technical Center Team took second place, and the Production Administration Team, Sales Team, and Xichang Jinfeng Team won third, fourth, and fifth places respectively.
Through this competition, the company has effectively promoted the in-depth development of team learning activities, providing strong momentum for the company to face challenges, unite efforts, innovate and advance, and achieve the annual production and operation goals.
