Recently, after nearly a week of hard work by the production technicians, the maintenance and renovation project of the No. 2 synthesis machine in the Huang Pharmaceutical Workshop was successfully completed and put into trial operation. According to the monitoring data from the trial operation, the production cycle for the first batch of materials was shortened by 48 minutes compared to before the renovation, the first-grade product rate reached 100%, and the equipment's sealing performance was improved, achieving good results.
Since the synthesis unit in our Huang Pharmaceutical Workshop was put into production in 2014, it has been running continuously for 9 years. Each machine has varying degrees of serious wear, reduced operating efficiency, and decreased sealing performance. Therefore, since August, the company has organized and implemented the maintenance and renovation project for the synthesis machines, starting with the maintenance and renovation of the No. 2 synthesis machine. After accumulating trial operation data and further improving the maintenance and renovation plan, we will gradually start the maintenance and renovation of other synthesis machines.
