On February 21, the 2023 work conference of Tiefeng Pharmaceutical was grandly held at the Mingxiyuan Resort. The conference comprehensively and deeply summarized the work of Tiefeng Pharmaceutical in 2022, recognized advanced collectives and individuals who made outstanding contributions and achieved excellent results for the development of Tiefeng Pharmaceutical in 2022, clarified the work goals and tasks for 2023, signed the 2023 safety and environmental protection production responsibility letter, formulated the three-year development plan for Tiefeng, and sounded the clarion call for high-quality development of Tiefeng Pharmaceutical.
In the past year, the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war, the comprehensive blockade and suppression of China's rise by the United States and other Western forces in political, economic, military, and high-tech fields, and the impact of the pandemic on people's lives and economic development have fully exposed the deep-seated contradictions in our economic development. The new electronic platform bidding and quotation model for large state-owned enterprise listed companies and the increase in national safety and environmental protection standards have brought great challenges to the company's production organization, management, and market sales. Under the correct leadership of the company's leadership team, all employees of Tiefeng have kept pace with the times, bravely faced challenges, dared to embrace change, adapted to change, and seized opportunities amid change. Taking advantage of the early work conference and the mid-year work conference, the company made early arrangements for the work goals and tasks of 2022. In March 2022, a learning and sharing activity for the 'Tiefeng Employee Handbook' was organized, and in August, taking the opportunity of the company being recognized as a national specialized and innovative 'little giant' enterprise, a learning and sharing activity on how to build a 'personal life limited company little giant' was organized, effectively addressing some ideological issues among employees, enhancing confidence in overcoming difficulties, and finding the right path to achieve company goals, promote personal growth, and realize life value. Through the hard work and unremitting efforts of all employees, the total product volume, monthly output, sales revenue, and profit indicators all reached historical highs throughout the year. Market development showed new highlights. Xichang Jinfeng developed a new customer base, and the Haoran marketing team established new mineral processing reagent supply business with key clients such as Zijin Mining and Zhongjin. The collection of accounts receivable achieved results. In terms of technological research and development, the flotation separation of high-sulfur polymetallic difficult-to-select minerals and the technical breakthrough of flotation reagents for copper smelting slag were completed, receiving full recognition from customers. The DF series of new products have been put into production at customer sites. The research on DF-830A has achieved good results, and the next step will be to compete with similar reagents from large foreign manufacturers in production operations. Two more technological innovation achievements have been granted patent authorization. In this year, key tasks such as the safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and occupational health inspections and rectifications of the Lufeng production base, the trial use of synthetic equipment transformation, the acceptance of Class A and Class B warehouse and machine repair room construction, the acceptance of fixed asset certification in the production area, and the construction of the four-zone separation were completed successively, and the factory gate and landscape greening project were implemented. Tiefeng passed the national-level recognition as a specialized and innovative 'little giant' enterprise and the third high-tech enterprise recognition. These achievements are the result of the unremitting struggle of all Tiefeng people, greatly enhancing the corporate image of Tiefeng and the brand value of 'Jinfengda' (formerly 'Tiefeng').
In the new year, a new starting point. 2023 is the starting year for the high-quality development of Tiefeng Pharmaceutical. The company has formulated a three-year development plan, clarifying the development goals and work tasks for each stage in the next three years. The company has signed the 2023 safety and environmental protection production responsibility letter with various units. The entire company will closely focus on the annual work goals, ensuring task decomposition and work deployment. With the courage of 'time waits for no one' and 'who else but me', we will turn pressure into motivation, strengthen innovative work thinking, and bravely take on responsibilities. Focusing on standardized management, we will increase production, reduce consumption, and improve quality and efficiency. We will intensify market marketing efforts, enhance customer service, stabilize quality customers, expand the market, and resolutely complete target tasks. We will increase the research and development and sales of high-quality and efficient products, improve market competitiveness and profitability. We will enhance the collection of accounts receivable, reduce financial risks, and improve operational quality. We will strengthen the analysis and judgment of market expectations, improving the foresight and accuracy of business decisions. We will make good use of various favorable policies supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the company.
During the conference, activities were held to reward marketing personnel for their knowledge of mineral processing reagents and marketing knowledge, and a variety of vibrant team-building activities were conducted.
