6. Confirmation of Bidding Document:

7. Credit Guarantee Deposit Management

2. Breach of Contract Management

2.3 If there are violations of our company's rules or reasonable arrangements by staff during loading and unloading transportation, 30% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.4 If the transport vehicle falsifies information during weight inspection, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.5 During the process of receiving and delivering goods, if there are threats, intimidation of staff, interference with business operations, or other malicious behaviors, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.6 Except for the above situations, if losses are caused to our company's legal rights and interests, 30%-100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted based on the degree of loss.
