6. Confirmation of Bidding Document:

7. Breach of Contract Management
1. After winning the bid, the winning unit should promptly sign a contract with Shanxi Tiefeng Chemical Co., Ltd. and provide goods according to the agreed time and quantity;

3. During loading and unloading transportation, comply with our company's rules and regulations or reasonable arrangements made by staff;

5. During the process of receiving and delivering goods, threatening, intimidating staff, interfering with business operations, and engaging in other malicious behaviors are prohibited;
6. Apart from the above situations, if any losses are caused to our company's legitimate rights and interests, the responsible party must bear the losses.
8. For matters not covered, both parties shall negotiate amicably or agree in the purchase and sale contract.
