2.3 If the company’s rules or reasonable arrangements by staff are violated during loading and unloading transportation, 30% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.4 If the transportation vehicle is found to have falsified information during weighing inspection, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.5 During the process of receiving and delivering goods, if there are threats, intimidation of staff, interference with business operations, or other malicious behaviors, 100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted;
2.6 Except for the above situations, if losses are caused to our company’s legitimate rights and interests, 30%-100% of the credit guarantee deposit will be deducted based on the degree of loss.
